lu-user-tile : default initials format is from LU_DEFAULT_DISPLAY_POLICY instead of LuDisplayInitials.firstlast lu-user-picture : default initials format is from LU_DEFAULT_DISPLAY_POLICY instead of LuDisplayInitials.lastfirst
