Implemented in 876fd1b194efb0e885523a7be906444c9182f111:

If a sentence contains > W words then
- If it has < D_upper related documents, include it.
- Otherwise, exclude it.
Otherwise,
- If it has < D_bottom related documents, include it.
- Otherwise, exclude it.

D_upper set to 1000 D_bottom set to 100 W = 10
