[DADMINUI-11] Reconnecting as a new user doesn't actually change user for SQL queries

Steps to reproduce:

• Create user (u1/u1) table (s1.t1) and DO not grant access to SA
• Login to FlexSQLAdmin as "sa/sa"
• Try and "select * s1.t1" you should get a "no select access" message
• Click "reconnect" as u1/u1
• Try to do same "select * from s1.t1": you'll still get the no select access message
• Restart FlexSQLAdmin and login with u1/u1
• try same select and it will work.

Was actually a problem with the Java side using default sa/sa password for the database connections. See revision 156 of java code.
