[DADMINUI-8] Table / Column editors #51

Add a set of screens to:

List Tables
Select Tables
Table Summaries (counts/analyze time etc)
Table Actions (Drop, Analyze, Truncate, Create New)

Column Summaries (basics)
Column Actions (analyze, create new column)

Focus on the DDL pieces to begin with.

I can fill in more substance on the other pieces (column details)

mostly complete. anything else having to do with User/Column editing will be split out as separate jira issues
