Simply make it as a screen/tab in the AdminUI

For now, don't worry about including this as a screen/tab in the Admin UI.

Just use the existing SWF/HTML file in the same web server to test/use DWS-4 services.

I've checked in a forked version of flexsqladmin code here:

I'll be in touch with the project lead, so we may end up just patching over into their project but for right now we will go off our own code.

In general, I don't think you'll need to make changes to the Flex piece. You can download a pre built version here:

Our goal is to patch as little as possible (beauty of open source) on the Flex side.

Done. Some remaining issues, but we'll log those as bugs.
