[DDB-45] Create a JSR223 SQL/MED adapter with a single scripting implementation included

In support of the ability to create simple, web service SQL/MED interfaces to remote systems we'd like to be able to have a much simpler set of languages available to build SQL/MED adapters. Create a SQL/MED connector that

Implements the SQL/MED interface.
Use JSR223 interface to define, pass objects, and return results back to SQL/MED
Does the best job possible at most aspects of the SQL/MED interface w/o requiring full scripted implementation of the interface (ie, pushdown rel opt rules)
Allows the scripted interface to return metadata objects (schemas, tables, columns) data (tables, columns), and rules.
Supports multiple scripted types (javascript, jacl, jython, groovy)
Demonstrates a working, complete, unit tested implementation with at least one scripting framework (javascript)

Ultimate goal is that the definition of a SQL/MED adapter can be done entirely with the creation of the SQL/MED adapter where the options passed into our general scripted SQL/MED includes the scripts to actually implement the interface. Further goal: include the jars/and modules for javascript and have a reference implementation for accessing a remote RESTful website implemented entirely in Javascript and accessible to LucidDB via this SQL/MED connector.
