Coding Conventions #2

We should pull our coding conventions doc into this repo - or have a different repo for LucidJS coding conventions.

Is there any other high level documentation that isn't lifeguard specific? Or do we anticipate more? If so, then a separate repo for lucidJsDocs or something would make sense. But if it is only the conventions doc and it will only apply to lifeguard, I see no reason not to have a distinct repo.
