Non implemented simulation options for anti-patterns #11

When an anti-pattern in detected, some possible options for simulation are 
provided. 

The problem is that some of these are not implemented yet, what can confuse the 
user.

My suggestion is to show these non implemented simulation options in red 
letters.

Hi Pedro Paulo,

This happened with a particular version of OLED, but in the previous releases 
there are disabled check box items in the antipattern detection which are the 
non-implemented ones. We are planning to improve the whole antipattern module 
inside OLED as we get some time to do it.
