uninstalling RemoteGPIO does not fully uninstall

After installing RemoteGPIO (raspberry PI), no relays are shown after installing RpiGpioSetup (and rebooting).

/etc/venus/gpio_list is properly restored, but there's something else that isn't restored to factory conditions on the uninstall. Any ideas?

Venus OS v3.22, RemoteGpio v3.0.25

Interestingly, after a second reboot, the relays came back !
