Allow Android user to get the current presentation file. #16

The presentation that is bein current shown should be acessible as a download file for Android.

There is a test that get the file from the server, it is running in the browser. For now this is enough.

Use something as GET /presentation 404 if none in execution.

This functionality is not needed anymore for the work purpose.
