Low kinect camera recognition initialization #70

We are starting a new window for image and presentation modes. It appears to be taking a while to start sometimes (when was no feedback provided). Now it appears to not recognize gripp sometimes (using visual feedback). Something may be taking time to initialize.

With feedback now this don't seems a problem.
