[ ] learn and create a jupyter notebook on that yt facial recog one
[ ] create skeletal api for frame generator to use
high throughput face detection
[ ] just do this little shit, make a separate api for this shit
[ ] test it with the cononical labeling api
[ ] integrate/reduce
