6 years ago I can't really help you but I can give you an advice : you seem to have a lot of plugins. If you think the prefix showed isn't the good one and if luck perms prefixes are well set (tip: you can use LP's web editor), maybe the problem is from another plugin : another perm plugin ? or probably a chat plugin ? I suggest you check your LP config then check your other plugins (essentially the ones that modify chat).

6 years ago You seem to have two permission plugins installed.
Try removing PermissionsEx, and then seeing if that works.
Beyond that, it's really just a case of making sure everything is configured correctly. You can find more information here.
