[x] Obtain Pipeline Images for Training and Testing
Do not need to be all from Texas or US/North America
Ideally ~ 1000 aerial/satellite images
- at least sets of 200 from same source and resolution (LandSAT 9 @ 200m per pixel, USDA aerial photos, etc.)
- Images with underground pipelines are included; we may need ~40 verified above ground images
  - over/under-sampling can be used to assuage class imbalance
[x] Upload to Google Cloud Storage

currently grabs images form cloud storage
model.ipynb has a crop & getImage function to standardize image sizes for modeling
