What steps will reproduce the problem?

Clicking Reply on any tweets with mention on the user itself.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? any Mention show appear once only.

Actually，I think that all of this reply mentions bugs could be sum up to one that we didn't handle it very well on the early version. BTW, thank you for dectecing and helping us to debug, especially the mention problems in reply
