What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launching the application
2. Error
3. Profit?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected app to start.

Error is: 
Application has failed to start because the application configuration is 
incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest and 1.3.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I've only tried it on Windows 7, so maybe it's missing these files in XP?

confirmed this is a requirement to run on windows XP, some/most systems already 
have these c++ runtimes.
