regression: unicode encoding broke? #5

冒险村传说 for some reason appears as 冒险村传说

ASF / Windows console host issue, not ASFui.

Ways to fix:

  1. use ASF plugin
  2. change globally in Windows 10 (if new enough) image
  3. use ugly hacked together ASFui exe
