Setuptools 69 enforces the correct use of PEP 621 for project.dynamic.

Fixes #28

Just found that this PR fixes as well my #32. Is it possible to merge this PR and release new version? 🤔

The use of the license field in setup.py is meant to be used only to specify a non-standard license. Since this project has a LICENSE file, that should be preferred. My recommendation as maintainer of setuptools, remove the offending license line from setup.py.
