Edit the zoom recording from the 2/4/2019 Community Call and post the recording to YouTube channel for PresQT.

@nkmeyers I have editted the recording as well as the transcript for this community call. I added a folder in the "Agendas and Minutes for PRESQT mtgs" called "Community Call Recordings and Transcripts" where I plan on putting all the recordings and transcripts. I hope this is ok. Please post the recording found in that folder (link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1QXo5qqqXLyNbH1r20I9tobKMIdZcKg7K) to your YouTube channel and then I think this task can be closed.
