Investigate PresQT OCFL Support #168

We should look at OCFL as common mapping format that both accommodates fixity and generic folder structure mapping: https://ocfl.io/

Don B is already involved

It seems like both this and common BagIT standards could be ones that if we support are likely archiving formats (akin to zip, tar, etc) that are likely to be also supported by source or target systems.

@reclans @bfox6 @dbrower I just added this to the PresQT transfers selected files to target system epic and I hope to discuss possibilities here more

thinking about how we may have generic way of handling file objects and fixity in PresQT as OCFL seems to handle both of these cases
