As a user I want to be able to see the progress of the transaction. It is helpful to see the process is running and is not hung up. If possible it would nice to see x/x files or a timer of some sort.
Create a progress bar in the Resource Browser for users to have more feedback on how long a process is taking.
One use case(fringe) that Rick brought up is if someone is loading only 1 file. Having a progress bar that is random that give the illusion of progress is also okay
There may be unique circumstances between different processes. Feel free to bring up those questions or concerns.
