FAIR process to get DOI/unique identifier

Description
Set up a service to determine if resource has a DOI or unique identifier. (I may be misremembering the acronym).
This may be a test that FAIR already has in place. Investigate to determine if this is the case. If possible use the FAIR test to get this information.
Currently only doing this as a service.
FAIRshake API. I believe this is the site that can run the tests and come up with collections of tests to run. https://fairshake.cloud/documentation/
