PresQT PIs determined that the keyword enhancement process while doing a transfer should be optional. The user should be given a choice to have keyword enhancement happen or not.
Demo UI would then give a user the option to move forward with keyword enhancement. Devs can determine best way to handle this via the API. An additional parameter could be used to address this as one solution.
