You will need logins for Podio, Athena and Lightning Source, so please request these from your line manager, before beginning the task.
This task is a regular task and needs to be completed once every 3 months. (1st March, 1st June, 1st September, 1st December)
The task involves checking pricing data of all books that are currently enabled for distribution on Ingram Lightning Source and: 1) ensuring that no prices set for each book result in negative remittance (and adjusting RRPs if any do) 2) updating Athena, if the GBP price of the book is updated 3) updating Podio with the returnability status of the book, retailer discount and date that the book entry was checked
