going to try to iron this out, might end up removing and reinstalling (ugh)

great so it looks like just rolling back the administrate version to 0.1.1 fixes things, I'm happy with that since we don't really super much care about it.

I'm going to roll bumping the rails version (for some security stuff) into the same PR
