Add Explain XKCD Option #11

Option to open about xkcd pages, by number or phrase. Also could sync into about xkcd for normal searches (maybe need look at how effective this is and possibly find a way to rank hits across the two websites). About xkcd for search would possibly allow better hits based on description of comic.
