What do you do?: Initiale pcscd and ifdnfc usingifdnfc-activate command and try to scan card NFC
What result do you expect?: Detect and read card data
What result do you get instead?:
Card not detected by pcsc_scan, even though a smartphone with nfc reader detects card and lists details using Nfc Tools app :

In case of other payment cards or empty nfc card - detection and other operations are succesfull
