Add max run time option #45

A friend of mine needed a max time option, so that the program stops after a specified time. I added that, as -t, and also turned off colour and eye candy if the output is redirected. Added build instructions in README.md Feel free to use if you think it is useful.

I applied the patches with some adaptation. Thanks

You can use the '-q' option to get a quiet output in case of redirection.
