Remove Professions\Guides.xml as no longer valid

@Spoony36 This leaves no Professions in the Vanilla Professions guide at all! Are you sure?

This is for Vanilla isn't it?

Will still load guides from this ? Vanilla\Guides.xml

We've done away with the professions folder and moved them all into their respective expansions or am i missing something?

Vanilla stil has professions. And I dont see a load for Vanilla\Guides.xml
