Many smc-get additions #1

Hi there,

I've made many additions to smc-get, such as modularizing the whole library and CUI, adding new commands and configuration file handling. On the other hand, smc-get got quite complex, but the modular architecture should allow for an easy maintainance. If you wish, I can continue to make bugfixes or feature additions in my fork, but it's not guaranteed that I always do have the time I had in the last days.

I would love to merge this branch, but I've been working for an hour and haven't been able to do it. All of the ways Github suggests to do it don't work!!!
