Error to save a new profile of a customer. #3

Hello, I've encountered a recurring error when I attempt to save a new user profile on our web app while using Chrome (Version 100.0.4896.127). The issue does not seem to occur in Firefox or Safari.

@LuisMCota check this out:

What we expect to see is: The new profile should be saved and a success message should appear. What is happening: The saving process hangs, and after approximately 30 seconds, a '504 Gateway Timeout' error is displayed.

I've already check with: Clearing browser cache and cookies. Trying the process in incognito mode. Testing on different networks to rule out a connectivity issue. None of the above solutions have resolved the issue.
