The sound effect used when moving to the next dialogue box was different from what is used in-game (see https://youtu.be/XBR35H_ya4g?t=9426). I think the old sound was what would play when switching pages in the Court Record?
Upon looking into some videos of the game online, I think it might use "sfx-bip" in between text where the character is the same, and "sfx-pichoop" when there's a delay between boxes. That being said, "sfx-pichoop" is closer than "sfx-blink".
The default objection sound clip had Payne's voice. The SFX files also contain a version without any voice, which is what the games use when a minor character yells something. I changed the default objection clip to use this instead, and added support for Payne's objection specifically.
This pull request contains a few small SFX fixes:
