Video and audio out of sync #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I try to use videocap in demos,and then,Audio playback for 1 minute, but the 
video playback only 30 seconds
2. i use dspack2.3.4 for xe4, the operating system is xp sp3
3. Video playback speed very quickly, with fast forward

I try to use 2.3.1 for d7 is the same problem
