Fix kubernetes resources issue #52

Each resource has now limits: grafana, mqtt-broker, redis, core, admin, simulator, fwservice, userservice. Kubernetes cluster worker nodes were extended from 1x to 2x.

Todo: add it to dataservice

Both stage and demo were redeployed. I will monitor if some of the resource will go to EVICTED state or not.
