Library out-of-date for Angular 18

Library dependencies conflict when installed on a project using Angular 18.

I tried to fix this in a pr but I'm not familiar with nx :sob:

I'd like to add a pr to update the directive to map certain properties like class and id but my lack of familiarity with nx is preventing me from being able to actually use it in testing.

Hey, I'll update it by the end of the week. Need to put some more time into maintaining the lib 😁 I'll let you know when it's done

I might add more docs so it's easier to understand and make contributions within NX context
