Here are some minor formatting tweaks, etc for consistency with MATPOWER conventions.
If you ok with this, you can go ahead and merge it. Then, I'll update my fork and pull it into MATPOWER Extras as a subrepo.
The intention is to keep my fork (the one that's included in MATPOWER Extras) in sync with your master.
