Update README to reflect inclusion in MATPOWER Extras. #2

I've included SimulinkMATPOWER in MATPOWER Extras, so it will be bundled with the next MATPOWER release.

This PR updates the README to reflect that fact.

This has now also been merged into MATPOWER Extras.
