This PR

• renames the project from "PV Drone Inspect" to "PV Hawk"
• finishes the first version of the documentation

functional changes:

• moved Mask R-CNN weights into segmentation root dir
• made path specifiation to camera clibration parameters more intuitive
• moved the configuration options of Mask R-CNN into central config file
