Currently, there is no way to feed in a measured GPS DOP.

Proposed solution:

provide GPS DOP as (optional) 4th column in gps.json so there are 4 modes
- 2 columns: lat, long
- 3 columns: lat, long, alt
- 4 columns: lat, long, alt, DOP

keep the option to assume a constant DOP if no DOP is given in gps.json
