Upgrade

[petrleocompel]

• removal of most of dependencies
• migration of tslint to eslint
• removal of old test certificates
• github action for npm publish (on release creation)
• add exports for usage (Language, Currency, PaymentMethod... etc)
• test certs in Actions provided via repository secrets and variables (valid 1 month - generated on https://iplatebnibrana.csob.cz/keygen/ )
• added tests for basic payment creation and status verification

To make everything work you need to create those variables for CI. And for working publishing you have to create npm_token secret.

Also i think issue #5 was closed by this merge
