Hi, Thanks for the logs! It looks like you may be trying to use the ebusd integration from home assistant with the addon? I'm assuming this because the last two logs report ebusd.py - but this addon does not use python at all. See you integrations setup in homeassistant, and remove ebusd there. You won't need it with this addon as all data is sent to ha via MQTT.
As for why the addon immediately terminates (first log at minute 46) after starting the addon, click into the 3rd tab to see the logs of the addon. You'll most likely see an error there.
Hi, yes i tried some things. I put the ebus into the configuration.yaml (like in https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/ebusd). Now i have undone everything (configuration.yaml and addon deinstalled) and my PI 4 is reebooting. So: I only have to install the addon? I will try it...

There are no logs in the ebusd-Area...
I am using my Pi4 without Monitor/Keyboard so i can only see the HA-Websites.
You need to go to the addon page and click "logs" there (on desktop this tab is at the top)
Or when you are in system-logs, you need to select ebusd in the dropdown at the top right.
In addition please post the addon configuration as yaml. This is found in the configuration tab of the addon and then "view as yaml"
Hi, both logs are empty....
This is the configuration:
scanconfig: true
loglevel_all: notice
mqtttopic: ebusd
mqttint: /etc/ebusd/mqtt-hassio.cfg
mqttjson: true
It seems to me that it is not starting (for what reason)
Looks like you skipped step 2 in the documentation (see the "Documentation" tab in the addon):
Define either a USB or network device. Seperate configuration entries are available via the UI or can be configured manually using device: /dev/ttyAMA0 or network_device: enh:192.158.0.7:9999
your config has no device to connect to.
Edit:
logs are empty
after starting the addon you have ~5 to 10 seconds to click on the "logs" tab, before the addon is shut down due to configuration error
24-01-08 09:20:**49** INFO … Starting Docker add-on ghcr.io/lukasgrebe/ha-addon-ebusd…
24-01-08 09:20:**58** INFO … Cleaning addon_2ad9b828_ebusd
so click start then click logs and keep hitting refresh
I put my device in the yaml:
scanconfig: true
loglevel_all: notice
mqtttopic: ebusd
mqttint: /etc/ebusd/mqtt-hassio.cfg
mqttjson: true
network_device: ens:192.168.7.130:9999
I started the addon, this is the log:

s6-rc: info: service s6rc-oneshot-runner successfully started
s6-rc: info: service fix-attrs: starting
s6-rc: info: service fix-attrs successfully started
