Add possibility to use enhanced mode or udp #51

Please note that this is untested as I do not have access to a proper test environment, but this could be a possible solution to add the possibility to use enhanced modes.

Solves #49 and #44

We may need to bump the version number for HA to pick up an update for the installed addon
