I'm closing this pull request (Added localization - pt_BR #58) as the changes here are already included in another PR. The other PR (Adding 'settings' to the locales #59) not only adds the pt-BR localization but also updates the popup.html to ensure the 'Settings' header translates correctly based on the locale. Therefore, it's more comprehensive and makes this PR redundant.
