Already on the support WhatsApp Version 2.3000.xx still there's a blur issue.

Hello @sarvil-biz, @LukasLen has just updated the repository on GitHub to version 3.2, and the extension in the Chrome Web Store should soon be updated to resolve the blurring issue. Keep an eye on the store for the new version!
