Description setup #14

Ensured the names were written correctly. Giving us warnings about not using the packages we installed but that's because we use them on other branches. Also non-standard directory for team resources but that will be deleted eventually.

Did not pass the checks given the warnings we had talked about up top that are because we are working on different branches. I think its good to merge
