Fixed formatting in README. #3

<certs> was not showing up because it's HTML-y and commonmark lets it through as HTML.

IMO the instructions could be simplified by merging GET and POST instructions. Let me know if you'd like me to try.

Also I'm personally more likely to maintain a whitelist of one-per-line than JSON.

Yeah, I thought about that, but right now I'm erring on the side of formally structured data. I'm thinking hard about it though: I might change it in future.

Feel free to give merging the instructions a shot!

Yea, could do something fancy with request headers (JSON vs not) or just detect both formats.

I tend to lean towards "I wanna use this from cli rather than writing a script".

Later is fine though. :)
