Loot filter change #16

Is it possible to change default loot filter from Kryszard's to something else, e.g. PiLLLA?

I tried copying different filters into the folder with these lines below, but the game keeps crashing when I hover my mouse over the Ethernal Coin. Also, I don't see anything related to ncoi in the loot.filter file. Is the recipes description for the coin hardcoded somewhere?
