Add Skeleton of Home Page #8

Create a Homepage with basic functionality and the following features:

Navigation bar
Default banner image that spans the whole screen
A tab for features charities with logos and names

Future functionality for these features can include:

Nav-bar sticks to top of screen when scrolling
Image can have multiple featured pictures at the top and arrows to look at other pictures
Featured charities hover and link directly to their pages
Signup/login/profile features attached to a profile icon
Searchbar included in the nav-bar (or dropdown depending on aesthetic)
