The Limit Appears To Not Be Accurate #13

I Tried Putting in a 23KB MIDI The Limit States 32KB Midi Doesn't Go In Shrink Midi to 15KB It Works But It Cuts Off At a Good Part Shrink It To 20KB Instead It Doesn't Go In Please Fix Limit Or Update Limit

The limit is "roughly" 32 kb and is defined by Minecrafts networking layer
