My paintings aren't loding for me

Some of the paintings my friends have made and i made my self does not loud when i place them.

i exspect you helping me for it to work

Additional context we have more mods on the server but it works for my friend.

Some people report this discrimination bug but I wasn't able to track it down yet. People claim a server restart fixes it for a while.
